HEARD founder Talila “TL” Lewis, invited to attend the historic National Council on Disability & Disability Rights Education Fund landmark round table meeting, “Breaking the School to Prison Pipeline for Children of Color with Disabilities.” The meeting brought together civil rights and disability rights leaders from across the nation for an action-centered dialoge about ending the school to prison pipeline for students with disabilities.
