Deaf Students Spend Halloween writing to Hundreds of Deaf Prisoners

Rochester Institute of Technology/ National Technical Institute for the Deaf students spent Halloween with HEARD supporting ‪#‎DeafInPrison by sending hundreds of HEARD update letters to deaf prisoners across the nation! The students also wrote notes to many deaf prisoners to brighten their days.
